Merry Xmas from Dudebro and FFXI (that's Final Fantasy 11). I took this picture to show how crazy the people go when an event happens. I'm the old looking Elvaan(that's how the game spells it) in the center, find my name and look down. :P

This Final Fantasy does have a calendar, when an event is coming up the game updates and they add stuff like christmas lights and fireworks ect. It's pretty cool, although some people don't like it at all. :o

Oh and I still wear my santa gear around the world, most people probably think I'm obsessed. Funny thing is I actually hate christmas. 8)

Christmas sucks in my opinion because it's way overrated and it forces people to spend money even if they don't have money to blow.

That's fine for you and I'm happy you enjoy it but it's not the same for everyone. Personally my christmas is always ruined with depressed people and being reminded how we're all supposed to be so happy when we BUY BUY BUY. It's a sad event imo, it's just an excuse for companies to guilt us into spending money on crap. Don't forget the ANNOYING CHRISTMAS SONGS. I wanna punch people in the face when they sing along with the same lame songs every year. But I didn't make this topic to rant about christmas, sorry about that I have some anger issues.

Thanks I like that animation, easily one of the best final fantasy games ever made. And yeah paying monthly sucks but I'm glad I do, met alot of great people and had alot of fun so far.

I have mixed feelings about Christmas:

Christmas is too commercialized. It ruins the spirit of it. Can we please let Halloween and Thanksgiving have their day before we set up Christmas lights and play Christmas music. :P

I think the spirit of Christmas can only be ruined if you let it be ruined. I love the traditions and the time i spend with everyone and how everyone is so happy. Nothing will ruin it for me =) (gettin deep on RU lol) I get the great privilege of watching my daughter's faces glow in anticipation of Christmas all of December and then in the morning of Christmas as they unwrap presents.

I agree with what you said, halloween and thanksgiving deserve more. But they don't make as much money so they fall behind.
