Score Mode music sounds weird

My score mode music sounds weird it sounds like it repeats itself and hiccups. I was wondering if I should be worried about this or just ignore it. Score mode plays fine as far as I can see it just the music that gives me a headache

FPS issue maybe? Know it does that on a tough game for my laptop.

Answer the questions from that link.

Press F11 in the game. That will cause the Frames Per Second to be displayed in top right corner. What percent are they?

Sorry about that Kong I am always forgetting that part. I'm using Windows 7 as my OS and my browser is Internet Explorer 9. I am not interested in using team viewer. The number keeps changeing but it runs between 65%-120%

That's your issue. anything below 100% has sound lag. 90% example has little and less noticable.

Would need a faster computer or try another game. If laptop put it on high performance to get it to run faster, but with a chance of overheat/

Dang I only have my laptop so I guess I just got to deal with it :(

There's a lot of them Kong it's not just one but from the two that I can remember Super Mario Kart and Fighter History for the SNES.
