cant play scoremode without controller

so, i use a logitech dual action games pad, i use JoytoKey with it, so, it simulates keystrokes and it DOES work in regular AOX full mode, however, it doesnt work in Score mode, should i just download Xpadder?

I assume you have confirmed your keyboard works in Score Mode right? If so I would try Xpadder as I know others have had success with it.

Also have you tried mapping your joystick directly? If Windows detects your stick, I find in Score mode it will detect it on the mapping screen.

I personally use an X-Arcade stick so I haven't had to use any go between program.

You don't need to use programs like JoytoKey and xpader with AOX as it will detect your controller automatically. You only need those for Java.

Turn JoytoKey off and plug your controller in before you start the game. AOX Score Mode should automatically set up your controller for you. If it does not then press tab to open the config menu and manually set it up from there.

Yeah, you need the drivers to do it

I have to run the thing it comes with to ID it everytime I disconnect it from my PC

But as a bonus, it charges as you play with it.

I haven't tried it on here but used it a ton on emulators I downloaded.

Here are the steps:
1) plug it in to the usb
2) run the program that ID's it in windows
3) Push the PS button
4) play

Yeah I can see my PC recognizing it, but I can't map buttons in any game. I'll see if I can figure it out

Ok, I got it to work through a different set of drivers. I didn't test if you can use the analog because I figure all these games used the d-pad so why mess with it?:sinister:

Download it, load the drivers and you should be ok. Not sure if it has to be done whenever you plug in the controller(I unplugged and plugged back in without having to reload the drivers) but either way the PS3 controller will work.
