YouTube - Rockman Strategy OP (Taiwan pc game)

So, has anyone heard of this/tried it? Saw it and I'm interested.

That doesn't seem like a Capcom game to me.

Apparently it is a Capcom game, they must have outsourced the development to some crappy studio.

I've got no idea.. if it is that would rock. Even Disgaea/FE format.
