Re: The death of the electric car

Good information, Joz.

I've been talking about this for some time now, and have been trying to point out the fact that Humanity has been held in place technologically by this and other such blocks to our progress as a species.
It's all being done so the ones in control of the oil can keep us under their power.
They know that by blocking new technologies they can maintain their grip on all of us.

One example I remember from years back was how most U.S. cities had electric trolley systems {streetcars} in their downtown core but they were removed to be replaced by diesel buses {which pollute enormously by comparison to the electric streetcar} sometime in the early 1920's.
I suspect that they will re - introduce them soon since they're pushing their 'carbon footprint' BS.

Another example is how Henry Ford built a car whose body panels were made of pressed laminated hemp fibers, and ran on hemp seed oil.
The panels were nearly indestructible and it got incredible mileage while burning clean.
The project was scrapped because it wouldn't have supported the oil and steel industries.

I have a magazine here called 'Potshot', and the issue that discusses these things is subtitled:

'How the hemp - substitute industries work together to create and profit from Global wars'
and it covers how I.G. Farben, Standard Oil, Bayer, Exxon and others have conspired to:

Make us sick for profit {so they can treat us medically and sell us 'cures' to the poisons they pump into us}, and population control

Create and maintain corporate monopolies which control the World's resources while destroying possible competitors.
'Competition is a sin.'
- J.D. Rockefeller

and of course to create and finance Global wars which not only allow them to bankroll the nations who are duped into participating in them, but also to consolidate power.

By limiting technologies they have a leverage point to help them achieve all of the above.
